This site is my personal website. I own it and control it. It is not owned, controlled or in any way associated with the City of Rochester. All of the views expressed here are my own and should not be considered to be the opinion of the Rochester City Council, the City of Rochester or any other person or entitiy. The thoughts and printed words area mine and mine alone.

Privacy

Your privacy and mine have equal importance. I will protect your information as if it were my own. When you visit this website, I do collect your “IP” address and some basic statistical information about the server that you came from. However, none of this information serves to identify you as an individual user. The information obtained includes the amount of traffic visiting the site, which pages are visited and for how long, which search engines the visitors are using to get to this site, and what “ISP” they are using.

If you choose to submit information to this site using our contact form, I will only contact you in return if it is appropriate to your message.

Every character of the information you submit stays with me. I will not, and morally cannot, release your information to any third party. Period.

I designed this webiste and wrote the content for each of the pages and articles. I also designed the graphics used on this site, some of which are comprised of various photographs I have taken over the years. I reserve all my rights to both the text, images and all other parts of this website.

I do not believe I have used any copyrighted images or graphics on this site. If you feel that some part of this site is copyrighted by someone else, please contact me and I will work to resolve the issue.
